February's Baker's Dozen
A selection of scones, muffins, cookies and quick bread slices available for pick up or delivery every first Wednesday of the month. 13 pieces. Pick up is also available at the West Windsor Farmer's Market on the first Saturday of each month. Pre-orders close the last Weds. of every month. No substitutions or special requests.
Cookies
High quality organic gluten free flour mix, organic eggs from free range chickens, organic butter, from antibiotic and hormone free cows, organic cane sugar , dried or fresh fruits, nuts, spices and vanilla go into our cookies. Cookies are sold by the pound. Depending on the cookie, there may be from 10 -18 cookies in a pound.

Rich and buttery layer cakes, sweet breads and pound cakes made with the freshest premium ingredients I can source. Made with organic ingredients and my freshly blended gluten free ancient grain flour mix.
Sweet Loaves and Loaf Cakes
Our own high quality gluten-free flour mix, eggs from free range chickens, butter from grass fed hormone and antibiotic free cows, cane sugar, dried or fresh fruits, nuts, spices and free trade vanilla go into our sweet breads and loaf cakes. We use only certified organic ingredients unless stated otherwise. Each loaf weighs in excess of 2 pounds and yields 10-12 3/4 inch slices.

Breads
Gluten free quick, yeasted and sourdough breads and rolls made from the freshly milled ancient grains, with or without gums, dairy or eggs for all of your bread needs.
Sourdough
Teff sourdough starter makes a tart airy loaf when paired with freshly milled millet, sorghum and or buckwheat grains. slicing loaves, crusty boules and soft rolls for daily consumption or special occasions satisfy that craving you've had for good gluten free bread.
Quick Breads
Moist, soft, dense crumbed lightly sweetened caky breads studded with fresh or dried fruits, nuts and spices.....need I say more?
Custom Milled Flour Blends and Mixes
If you are looking for a gluten free organic flour blend that is more nutritious and has that old world taste, then you'll want to try our all purpose blend for your muffins, quick breads, yeast or sourdough breads and scones. Our pastry blend works well with cakes, cookies, madeleines, biscotti and pie crust. Both blends come with a xanthan gum option. If you are a novice or seasoned gluten free baker and you'd like an option other than brown or white rice, potato starch or oat flour, we think you'll love our blends.
All Purpose Organic Gluten Free Flour Blend
Our all purpose flour blend is milled fresh. It is a combination of buckwheat, millet , sorghum and arrowroot powder. Its best used in quick breads, such as banana bread, cookies, muffins, pancakes, waffles and yeast or sourdough breads.
Organic Gluten Free Pastry Blend
Freshly milled amaranth, millet and sorghum grain combined with arrowroot powder makes this blend great for cookies, sandwich breads, delicate pastries like madeleines, hand pies or even cinnamon buns.
