Sweet Loaves and Loaf Cakes
Our own high quality gluten-free flour mix, eggs from free range chickens, butter from grass fed hormone and antibiotic free cows, cane sugar, dried or fresh fruits, nuts, spices and free trade vanilla go into our sweet breads and loaf cakes. We use only certified organic ingredients unless stated otherwise. Each loaf weighs in excess of 2 pounds and yields 10-12 3/4 inch slices. Roasted Banana Pecan Bread
This fruity nut studded sweet bread is loaded with roasted banana flavor. Its flavor is heightened by the warm notes of ceylon cinnamon, ginger and cardamom spices. Sour cream gives this banana loaf a tender crumb while brown sugar gives it its characteristic crunchy crust.
